125x45x1900 Blank Forks

125x45x1900 Blank Forks weigh 100kg each. The cross-section is 125 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and the total length is 1.9 meters. This blank fork is specially designed for the additional compensation counterweight of the high-speed elevator counterweight system. The nominal weight tolerance of each 100 kilogram fork is controlled within plus or minus 0.5 kilograms. It can be directly filled into the empty slot of the counterweight frame without the need for secondary cutting. The material is made of ordinary carbon structural steel Q235B. The surface is shot blasted and sprayed with gray anti-rust paint. It is suitable for long-term use in the elevator shaft. A set of stack positioning holes with a diameter of 22 mm are drilled at both ends of the fork surface. The hole spacing is consistent with the standard pitch of the counterweight frame. The user can fix multiple forks in series up and down through pins to prevent shaking during operation.

 

 

Two longitudinal anti-slip lines with a depth of 2 mm are rolled out along the entire length on both sides of the fork back to increase the friction coefficient with the frame pressure plate. The end face of each fork is stamped with the actual weighing data, accurate to 0.1 kg, to facilitate elevator installers to weight as needed. The packaging is made of wooden pallets and steel straps, ten pieces per pallet, with rubber plates between layers. A single unit weighing 100kg can be loaded and unloaded using an elevator guide rail mounted spreader or an ordinary forklift. This specification mainly serves the workshop counterweight line of the elevator machine factory, the elevator renovation project of the old building, and the on-site dynamic balancing debugging of high-speed elevators, as a supplementary solution to the standard counterweight block.
